Do you offer ongoing IT support?
Not directly — Pro Disk Network sells the hardware bundles. We maintain a network of MSP partners in major US metros for ongoing managed IT services. Happy to make referrals.
Can you ship without Windows licensed?
Yes — we ship bare-metal hardware if you prefer to license OS separately or run Linux. We can also pre-install Ubuntu LTS, RHEL, Debian on request.
What about future expansion?
Bundles spec'd with 30-50% headroom for growth. Adding users typically requires adding APs and switch ports rather than replacing core hardware. Email us with growth projections and we'll spec accordingly.
