Shipping Policy

We ship from US warehouses with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3:00 PM ET Monday – Friday. Most US orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

2. Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET Monday-Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

You receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships. You can also track via your Pro Disk Network account dashboard or the Track Order page.

5. Freight Shipments

Heavy or oversized items (full server chassis, rack-mount UPS units 100lb+, multi-pallet orders) ship via LTL freight carriers. We coordinate delivery appointments for residential and unattended business addresses. Freight quotes are provided before shipment.

6. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. We insure shipments up to declared value. Report damage within 5 business days of delivery for an insurance claim.

7. Failed Delivery

If a carrier returns a package as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused, unclaimed), we contact you to confirm the corrected address. Re-shipment costs are at the buyer's expense unless the error was ours.

8. Shipping Insurance

All shipments include carrier-default insurance ($100 USPS, $100 FedEx/UPS Ground, declared value for higher-value items). For shipments above $10,000, we recommend you purchase additional insurance at checkout.

9. International Duties and Taxes

For international orders, we provide a landed-cost preview at checkout that includes estimated duties and taxes. You are responsible for any customs delays or additional fees imposed by your country.
