Return Policy

Pro Disk Network stands behind every product we ship. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and refurbished items carry a 12-month advance-replacement warranty.
1. 30-Day Return Window
Most products (new and refurbished) can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The item must be:
- In the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
- Free from physical damage caused after delivery
- Complete with all accessories, cables, manuals, and antistatic bags
- Returned with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
2. How to Request a Return
- Email returns@prodisknetwork.com with your order number, the item being returned, and the reason
- We respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box
- Ship to the address provided in your RMA email
- We inspect the return within 3 business days of receipt
- Refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection

4. Refurbished Product Warranty
Refurbished items come with a 12-month advance-replacement warranty. If a refurbished item fails during the warranty period, contact returns@prodisknetwork.com. We ship the replacement first; you return the defective unit using the prepaid label included.
5. New Product Warranty
New items carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 1-5 years depending on product). We handle the warranty claim on your behalf if you contact us within 30 days; after that, we provide manufacturer contact info to expedite your claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not returnable except for warranty/DOA claims:
- Special-order or custom-configured items
- Software licenses (digital delivery)
- Items returned after 30 days with no warranty claim
- Items damaged by buyer after delivery
- Items shipped without an RMA number
7. Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect a return:
- Credit card: refund posts within 5 business days; your bank may take an additional 1-5 days
- Bank wire: refund issued via ACH within 5 business days
- Net 30 account credit: credit memo applied within 3 business days
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a return decision, escalate to support@prodisknetwork.com with the subject line "RMA Escalation" — a senior team member will review within 2 business days.
