These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of prodisknetwork.com and any purchases made from Pro Disk Network LLC. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance. We confirm acceptance by sending an order-confirmation email and charging payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, fraud detection, or compliance restrictions. If we cancel an order after charging, we refund within 5 business days.

2. Pricing and Availability

Prices are in US Dollars. Pricing and availability shown on the site are as accurate as we can keep them but may change without notice. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will notify you with the corrected price and the option to confirm or cancel.

3. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards via Stripe, bank wire (ACH/SWIFT), and approved Net 30 terms for qualified B2B buyers. All payments are processed in USD. Sales tax is added where applicable based on your shipping address.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, costs, and supported regions. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Warranty

See our Return Policy. New items carry the manufacturer warranty. Refurbished items carry a 12-month advance-replacement warranty from Pro Disk Network.

6. Product Condition

Each product page clearly labels the condition: "New" (sealed manufacturer packaging) or "Refurbished" (professionally tested, repackaged, and certified by Pro Disk Network). Refurbished items are never sold as new.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Disk Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from product use. Our aggregate liability is limited to the price of the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pro Disk Network for losses arising from your misuse of the site, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content, including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and code, is owned by Pro Disk Network or licensed to us and is protected by US and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute without written permission.

10. Export Controls

Some products may be subject to US export controls (EAR, ITAR). You agree not to re-export products to embargoed countries or restricted parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
