How the Program Works
Step 1: Inventory your mission-critical hardware (Dell PowerEdge models, HPE ProLiant, Cisco switches, etc.). Step 2: Determine spare ratios per platform — typical: 1 hot-spare per 4-8 production units. Step 3: Pro Disk Network sources spare inventory (often refurbished tier) and ships to your site. Step 4: On primary failure, you swap the hot-spare into production, send the failed unit to us. Step 5: We replace the spare from our inventory within 1-2 business days.
