Pro Disk Network supplies prime and sub-tier defense contractors with hardware meeting DFARS 252.204-7012 protective controls, CMMC certification requirements, NIST 800-171 cybersecurity standards, and ITAR / EAR99 export classifications. All documentation provided per PO.

Compliance Framework

DFARS 252.204-7012: Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement clause requiring "adequate security" for unclassified controlled technical information. Pro Disk Network supplies hardware supporting NIST 800-171 controls (access control, audit/accountability, configuration management, identification/authentication, incident response, etc.). CMMC: Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification. Our hardware supports CMMC Level 1-3 requirements out of the box; Level 4-5 with additional configuration. NIST 800-171: 110 security requirements organized into 14 families. ITAR / EAR99: International Traffic in Arms Regulations / Export Administration Regulations 99. Required for many defense exports.

Hardware Provided

Servers (Dell PowerEdge with TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot, HPE ProLiant with Silicon Root of Trust). Network switches (Cisco Catalyst with TrustSec, Aruba CX with ClearPass). Storage (Dell EMC, NetApp with FIPS 140-2 encryption). All hardware supports the NIST 800-171 control requirements; documentation provided per PO indicating which controls are inherent vs. configuration-dependent.

Required Documentation

Per PO: DFARS compliance statement, CMMC alignment statement (with current certification level if applicable), TAA Certificate of Origin, EAR99 export classification (or ITAR if applicable), NIST 800-88 sanitization certificates (refurbished hardware), SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) for any pre-installed software, asset serial tracking compatible with federal property accounting systems.

Other Federal Compliance Layers

NASA NPR 7150.2C software requirements. Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 system authorization process. Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA). HSPD-12 / FIPS 201 PIV credential support. We supply hardware compatible with all of these; specific configurations determined by program requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CMMC-certified?

Pro Disk Network operates with CMMC-aligned practices and provides certification documentation per PO for our products. We are working toward formal CMMC certification of our own operations as the program matures.

Can you supply ITAR-controlled items?

Some categories yes (with proper licensing). Most enterprise IT hardware falls under EAR99. ITAR-controlled items require specific export licensing — talk to us about your specific requirements.

Do you require any pre-purchase verification?

For some defense procurement we verify CAGE codes, validate end-user certificates, and confirm export licensing where applicable. Standard process for defense contractors; typical turnaround 1-3 business days for verification.
